GO 95 SEMINAR

 The Utilities Safety and Reliability Branch of the California Public Utilities Commission will teach a seminar on the Commission’s General Orders 95, 128, and165 covering rules for overhead and underground electric line construction

o      Wednesday March 25, 2009 in Southern California Edison’s Customer Technology Application Center (CTAC), 6090 N. Irwindale Ave., Irwindale CA, 91702

o      Thursday, March 26, 2009 in the Auditorium of the State Building, 31 E. Channel St., Stockton, CA 95202

o      Wednesday April 1, 2009 in Room No. 16 of the State Building, 2135 Civic Center Drive Redding, CA 96001.

1.    10:00 am to Noon - History and Organization of the General Orders

2.    Noon to 1:30 pm - Lunch on your own

3.    1:30 to 3:30 pm - The Commission’s enforcement philosophy and common violations.

4.    After 3:30 pm - Optional activities TBA such as War Stories, Problem Solving or a walk to inspect nearby electrical facilities.
